Cut fish fillet into cubes and marinates with condiments for 10 minutes; coat with corn flour and deep fry in hot oil until golden brown and drain when done.
Mix all sauce ingredients and set aside.
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a wok then sauté ginger, garlic and red chili until fragrant.
Add in fried fish, tofu and all sauce ingredients, simmer briefly and thicken with some starch.
